The house’s environment is sound, strictly natural, and decent, with fruitful olives and a cobblestone pavement that joins the sea with the house’s courtyard. The shallow seawater is crystal clear and offers for an exhilarating swim whereas the shore is covered in pebbles.
Central heating is available for the winter. The tenement covers 116 sq. meters in total and 43 sq. meters of courtyards and balconies and it shares a 4,000 sq. meters farm with another property.
The other property in the plot is occupied by us, so we will be available throughout your stay for anything you might need. We also have two friendly dogs.
