With a prime location and contemporary decoration, this apartment is really the highlight of our stay in Athens. Meanwhile, the most impressive aspect deserves commend is the efficient and prompt communication with the owner. Nikolas seems to be on line around the clock, when we are after any information, concerning or not concerning the apartment, he always offered assistance immediately. There are a variety of restaurants and entertainment within easy reach and many scenic spots are accessible within walking distance. A gorgeous spot, elegant and well kept-up, with a spectacular view of the Acropolis from the sunny terrace. Nikolas is an attentive host, with excellent suggestions for experiencing Athens beyond the tourist circuit. The apartment is on a busy street, but not noisy. It let us feel like we lived in Athens and made us wish that we could!

It was my second time in this apartment. With 2 friends and my girlfriend we took room number 5 – which has 2 bedrooms and a balcony with a giant view. Nikolas and his Wife are super organized, will help you in every situation and 24/7 there for you. The location is great – an 5 minutes will bring you to cool bars and cafes with view for the acropolis. 10 mins from the apartment is the Monastiraki Square with tiny cafes, restaurants and a great atmosphere. Nothing to complain for this apartment, for those cute and kind hosts – the perfect stay for everybody
